Victoria received her B.Sc. degree in Medical & Pharmaceutical Biotechnology from the IMC University of Applied Sciences Krems, Austria, and her M.Sc. degree in Tissue Engineering & Regenerative Medicine from the University of Applied Sciences Technikum Vienna, Austria.

Livia studied Molecular Biology at the University of Vienna, where she also obtained her M.Sc. degree in Biological Chemistry. In 2024, she joined the Department of Cell- and Developmental Biology at the Center for Anatomy and Cell Biology as a Ph.D. candidate. Her Ph.D. thesis project is entitled: Modified small RNAs as DAMPs & Their Impact on Innate Immune Responses. The project is part of the FWF-funded SFB F80 'RNA Deco' (Decorating RNA for a Purpose).
